We produce our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Il Primo” from early harvesting carried out in the very first days of October, with green olives, mainly cultivar di frantoio and a small percentage of leccino, moraiolo and pendolino. This oil is rich in polyphenols, vitamins, chlorophyll, antioxidants, and it’s an ideal food to protect our body from oxidative stress and preserve the youth.
